Cost Manager - Manufacturing Construction Projects

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Estimator to join our talented team. The ideal individual will be a strong communicator, collaborative team player, and possess a solid foundation in both estimating and construction cost management.

Responsibilities

• Developing cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design.
• Supporting client land acquisitions.
• Delivering and presenting updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones.
• Reviewing proposed design changes and new technologies and preparing estimates within appropriate accuracy levels.
• Understanding design stages and estimate levels.
• Providing commercial input to design optioneering and value engineering exercises.
• Preparing cash commit forecasts for the construction lifecycle.
• Working collaboratively with stakeholders in the preparation of estimates and cost plans.
