Cost Estimator

Position Overview

We are looking for a full-time Cost Estimator to join either our Saskatoon, Regina, or Calgary team! This position will report to the Manager of Project Services. Indigenous applicants are encouraged to apply.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates of probable costs for materials, labour, and equipment for construction and industrial projects using contract bids, quotations, drawings, and specifications.
• Apply tendering procedures, analyze bids, recommend award decisions, and support negotiation activities.
• Establish and maintain tendering processes, including cost monitoring and reporting systems.
• Prepare cost and expenditure statements, forecasts, and progress updates throughout project lifecycles.
• Liaise with engineers, architects, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to validate scope, resolve discrepancies, and assess cost impacts.
