Job Description

As a Cost Consultant / Senior Cost Consultant , you will support or lead (depending on level) the delivery of cost management services, including:

• Provide estimate and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan.
• Preparing Construction Cost Estimate reports at all stages of design for commercial, institutional and residential projects throughout Canada.
• Managing estimating and cost planning activities to include taking ownership of and presenting the final cost plan.
• Ensuring that cost analysis, cost checking and valuation work is managed effectively.
