The Corrections Teaching Assistant provides support to the Education Department at the Moose Lake facility, ensuring institutional educational goals are met. Responsibilities include working with students who are incarcerated, operating office equipment, maintaining records, and tutoring in reading, writing, math, and educational technology.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in an educational or office setting
- Ability to effectively operate office equipment
- Experience using email, calendar, presentation, word processing, database, and spreadsheet software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar)
- Ability to read, speak, and write in English
