We currently have a global travel company requiring experienced travel consultants to step into after hours roles and support their clients.

THE ROLE 

• Resolve inbound enquiries from existing corporate clients, via phone and email
• Quote and issue new airfare tickets, calculate & reissue air tickets for changes
• Provide an exceptional client experience by adhering to SLAs
• 24/7 rotating roster; Mon - Fri & Saturday/Sunday (alternate weekends)
• 100% WFH
• Main hours of operation are 4:00pm - 10:00am & Weekends
