Corporate Travel Advisor (Mississauga)

Reporting to the Global Mobility Lead (based in our Australian head office) and working closely with the People & Culture Lead - Americas (based in our Mississauga office), you will coordinate the mobilisation of project personnel and manage corporate travel arrangements of white‑collar engineering teams domestically (Canada, Peru and Australia) and internationally (predominantly Africa, Asia and the Americas).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage in group wide travel, immigration and medical activities for incoming or outgoing personnel to office or international project locations.
• Utilise the GDS travel booking system to safely and efficiently book flights, engage vendors and ensure service level agreements and relationships are maintained.
