This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‐oriented legal professional who enjoys managing contracts, maintaining corporate records, and working directly with U.S.-based attorneys in a fast‐paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support corporate governance and entity management activities
Draft, review, organize, and track commercial agreements and legal documents
Manage contract execution, renewals, and amendments
Maintain corporate records, legal databases, and contract repositories
Assist with compliance filings, legal research, and special projects
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and business teams
