About The Role:

My client is searching for an experienced Paralegal to join their legal and regulatory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Legal Department in relation to corporate and securities law, regulatory filings, compliance and contract management.

A strong background in securities compliance, corporate governance, and commercial contract support is preferred. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization committed to innovation, sustainability, and leadership in the clean energy sector.
