SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Incorporate and organize Nova Scotia and Federal entities, both for profit and non-profit;
• Prepare documents relating to corporate reorganizations and dissolutions;
• Attend to the extra provincial registration of entities inside and outside of Nova Scotia;
