Position Overview

The Corporate Office Manager supports the daily operations of our corporate headquarters, ensuring smooth administrative processes and maintaining an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors. This role also includes liaising with travel consultants, vendors, and internal teams to support business travel functions and agency operations. The position is hybrid with 2‑3 days in Toronto, ON office and remote the rest of the week.
