Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and train new Account Executives
- Lead a team of Account Executives to drive sales in the Mid-Market segment
- Facilitate a culture of performance and accountability
- Coach and develop team skill sets and career growth
- Manage activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals
- Provide accurate forecasts to leadership
- Collaborate on initiatives to drive new business and expansion revenue
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years managing Account Executives in SaaS
- Proven experience building sales teams in the Mid-Market segment
- Track record of overperformance as a SaaS Account Executive
- Experience negotiating deals between $10k-$200k
- Deep understanding of value-based sales and sales cycles
- Ability to analyze KPI data to identify trends and create action plans
