You will be instrumental in corporate governance and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations while fostering communication across departments. This role allows you to directly influence the company’s legal strategies and its operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and review commercial contracts for stakeholders
• Provide compliance advice on UAV operations
• Assist in preparing board materials and securities filings
• Develop legal templates and internal policies
• Manage disputes and litigation with external counsel
Requirements:
• LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited institution
• Bar admission in Canada or the U.S.
