Houser Henry & Syron LLP is seeking an experienced Corporate Law Clerk to join our growing Corporate & Commercial practice.

This role is ideal for a Corporate Law Clerk who enjoys working directly with lawyers and clients on sophisticated corporate matters and who is looking for increased responsibility, variety, and long-term professional growth.

You will play an integral role in supporting corporate transactions, maintaining corporate records, and assisting clients through every stage of the corporate lifecycle.
