Corporate Finance Analyst

Loyalty Clubs USA is a fast-growing membership and loyalty platform business. We're building out a lean, high-caliber finance function to support acquisitions, capital markets readiness, and strategic decision-making at the founder level.

The Role

We're looking for a sharp, highly diligent Corporate/Financial Analyst to sit close to leadership and act as a force-multiplier across M&A due diligence, financial modeling, and corporate finance strategy. This is not a back-office reporting role — you'll be in the room for acquisition evaluations, building the models that inform go/no-go decisions, and helping build out the financial infrastructure a scaling business needs as it matures.

This role suits someone who wants outsized responsibility early, is comfortable moving at founder speed, and takes real pride in getting the numbers exactly right.
