Opportunity Description
Preparing legal documents and agreements, including contracts and closing materials
Assembling commercial lending and financing packages
Conducting due diligence and corporate searches
Coordinating funding and handling related accounting matters
Supporting all aspects of transactions – including the expected, and occasionally the unexpected
What you must have:
A Legal Administrative Assistant certificate from an accredited post-secondary institution
Minimum of 3 years of working experience as an LAA
Energized by deal work and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Adaptable and comfortable shifting priorities as transactions evolve
Collaborative and committed – willing to stay late when needed to help close the deal
