Job Responsibilities
To report directly to the Shift Foreman or Designate on an ongoing basis and communicate all relevant matters pertaining to safely running Semi-automatic and Automatic rewind linesRead and follow the instructions in the Shift notes that pertain to the product being run, prior to starting work.Verify that the identification tag corresponds with the product being produced.Set up and string-up the line.Change dies and butt weld breaks together.Control the net weight, cast, pitch, surface material, and physical appearance according to specification.Check and record outside diameter as required.Wind the electrode into spools.Properly secure the start end of each coil, spool, reel, or drum.Clear and secure t...
