This operationally focused position involves troubleshooting and resolving various business process issues while ensuring effective system utilization across the organization. Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, you will also guide users and communicate resolutions efficiently, bridging gaps between field teams and IT.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot application issues related to project operations
• Log and track user support tickets systematically
• Provide ongoing user coaching and refresher training
• Validate solutions and assist with data integrity audits
• Support integrations and data flow investigations
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant experience in application support
• Hands-on experience post go-live in project environments
