Role

Under the supervision of the Global IT Asset Manager, the IT Operations Coordinator plays a key role in the day‑to‑day management of IT assets and software licenses across multiple business units at the local, national, and international levels. This person contributes to the full asset lifecycle, from procurement and budget tracking to purchase coordination, cost validation, and renewal follow‑up. They work closely with members of the IT team, managers, CFOs, internal users, and external vendors in a structured, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure thorough tracking and updating of the company’s hardware and software inventories.
• Review the monthly allocation of license costs to ensure it accurately reflects actual usage by each business unit.
