Creating clear, sharp, and engaging content that communicates our perspective on hiring and drives distribution across platforms. Skills: Writing with clarity, simplifying complex ideas, tone and audience targeting, LinkedIn/website/social writing, marketing and conversion copy. Responsibilities: Write LinkedIn posts/website copy/marketing content, create narratives around skill-based hiring, optimize copy for engagement, edit existing content, maintain brand voice, experiment with formats. This is a remote position.
