Position PurposeThe Copilot & AI Agent Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and continuously improving AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related technologies to support business process optimization initiatives.The role focuses on enhancing employee productivity, improving end-user support, reducing manual effort, automating repetitive activities, and providing intelligent assistance for process and system-related queries across enterprise applications.The specialist will work closely with Digital, Process Excellence, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, and Business teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and create scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.Key AccountabilitiesAI Agent Development & Deployment• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related Microsoft technologies.• Build conversa...
