Overview

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of order management, providing customer service to retailers and internal stakeholders, working with third‑party logistics providers and transport carriers, and performing general administrative tasks. The role focuses on accurate processing of customer orders for major retailers, achieving defined objectives in Retail Execution Lifecycle and Perfect Order Execution, and collaborating with Finance and Sales to investigate and resolve retailer chargebacks.
