Clinical Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced permanent full‑time Clinical Services Coordinator (CSC) to work within the Trillium Gift of Life Network (TGLN), a division of Ontario Health. The CSC will provide professional services in line with TGLN’s mission and values, promoting organ and tissue donation across Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Case‑manage the donation process from referral to organ recovery
• Collaborate with donor hospitals, health‑care teams, transplant programs, tissue banks, transport carriers (air & land), laboratories, and other TGLN staff
• Coordinate organ placement and any required testing
• Make critical decisions and ensure compliance with Health Canada regulations
• Facilitate the logistics of organ recovery and arrange transportation for recovery teams (surgeons, land and air transportation)
