Responsibilities

• Utilize the Application Tracking System (ATS) to manage full‑cycle recruitment, candidate relationship management, and metric reporting.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring positive experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
• Create and post jobs to job boards, translating as needed.
• Assist in developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract talent and enhance the employer brand.
• Sourcing top talent via job postings, social media, networking, referrals, career fairs, campus visits, and direct sourcing/cold calling.
• Support background screening and contract labor hiring processes.
