**Job Summary and Qualifications**
**Position Summary:** **Responsible for the management of stroke care processes, stroke process improvement, and stroke program accreditation. Facilitates a multidisciplinary team to review policies, practices, and outcomes of stroke care throughout the medical center. Provides education to staff and patients on stroke care. Performs community outreach to educate on stroke awareness and signs and symptoms. Along with hospital leadership will create and implement plans to achieve comprehensive stroke certification and management of the stroke program accreditation processes.**
