Joining CDI in this 12-month contract position means you'll support the Director by overseeing daily center operations and facilitating staff development. You will ensure that our programs meet all quality standards while nurturing a joyful environment for children up to four years of age as you work primarily at the Wellesley location.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Director in daily administration and training
• Manage AQI performance, conducting audits regularly
• Guarantee compliance with educational and health standards
• Facilitate change management practices
• Create a supportive environment for staff and families
Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education diploma or degree required
• Understanding of AQI standards and frameworks
