This position reports to the Supervisor, Preboarding, and is responsible for supporting hires going through their pre-day 1 requirements for a safe, successful start at Nutrien. This role manages onboarding paperwork, background screenings, and system transactions, while serving as a key point of contact for hires, hiring managers, and HR partners.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop a strong understanding of Nutrien's HR policies, procedures, and hiring requirements across the U.S., Canada, and Trinidad & Tobago to provide accurate guidance and recommendations while ensuring compliance. Escalate complex or sensitive matters as appropriate
• Become a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors Onboarding, providing guidance and support to hiring managers, internal partners, and hires throughout the preboarding process
