Evaluate partners and identify weaknesses.Identify training needs according to business needs.Based on research, plan and implement training programs that will prepare partners for success on talabat.Build a daily, weekly, or monthly training program.Present and understand all the technical and support training requirements.Encourage all relevant stakeholders to attend the training.Oversee partner attendance and performance.Track partner success and progress.Manage the production of program material in collaboration with the Vendor Operations Specialist and TGO team.Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis.Prepare and deliver training courses.Showcase and explain the main KPIs we will monitor in the future.Prepare and present reports on training program KPIs.Qualifications
