Coordinator, Membership (Mississauga)

Position Overview

Serving as a critical link between the organization and its members, the Membership Coordinator supports PDAC’s membership operations by providing administrative support, managing membership communications, and helping to ensure the smooth delivery of membership processes. The incumbent engages with members, supports the development of new membership offerings, and helps optimize internal workflows. The position is a one‑year fixed‑term contract offering a salary range of $56,235 to $70,294 annually, with placement based on relevant experience and internal equity.

The role is hybrid, requiring office attendance 1–2 days per week and in‑person participation in the PDAC Convention and other member events.
