We are seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to support Nutrition, Food, Linen and Environmental Services (NFLES) across the South Zone.Reporting to the Executive Director, NFLES, you will lead recruitment and onboarding activities while partnering with operational leaders, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition Advisors to deliver a consistent and positive candidate and new employee experience. You will coordinate recruitment initiatives, support workforce planning, develop standardized recruitment and onboarding processes, and contribute to continuous quality improvement through innovative solutions, including SharePoint and workforce analytics.
