Support Day & Ross's Learning & Development programs as a Coordinator in Harland, New Brunswick. This full-time role focuses on optimizing employee training experiences through efficient program administration and coordination.
As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you will ensure smooth execution of enterprise learning initiatives by working alongside HR and organizational leaders. You'll coordinate program logistics, maintain learning systems like Oracle, and provide participant support, all while striving for continuous improvement in learning effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and coordinate learning programs for participants
• Manage logistics including session setups and material preparation
• Support employees with learning inquiries and facilitation issues
• Track training compliance and participation metrics
• Collaborate with HR and OD teams on program delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
