Applies varied and moderately complex clerical procedures, methods, and techniques to support business functions and processes. Works with team members on certification program related projects and independently supports projects and program related tasks as necessary. Creates reports and documents for various projects and directly supports questions regarding processes and procedures Independently supports various operations of certification programs. May lead portions of the operation of certification programs. May lead teams to continuously improve and drive quality into UL's services to internal and external customers. Supports the implementation of conformity assessment objectives and operational goals as directed. Leads the creation of applications, scope expansions, and preparation for assessments and audits. Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices. Performs other duties as directed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
