Opportunity Description
Contribute to exceptional resident care as a Cook at AgeCare Aurora. This part time position focuses on meal preparation and maintaining high health standards in a residential care setting.
In this role, you will ensure meals are prepared and served efficiently while addressing the dietary preferences of our residents. You will react to any concerns from residents or their families, and provide direction to the Food Services team in your operational capacity. Your experience and expertise will enhance the quality of life for those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely meal preparation and serving
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of kitchen areas
• Respond to resident concerns about meal plans
• Supervise Food Services Workers on daily tasks
• Check special diet orders for new admissions
Requirements:
• Experience as a Cook, preferably in a supervisory role
