Rio Recipe Pty Ltd is currently seeking experienced and motivated Full-Time Cooks (All level) to join

our growing and busy kitchen teams across two locations: Sushi Hotaru (Sydney CBD) and Kumiho

(Parramatta). We are looking for dedicated culinary professionals who are passionate about

Japanese cuisine and committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and consistency.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Food Preparation & Cooking

- Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation

guidelines.

- Assist and prepare for cutting, preparing, and organising ingredients prior to service.

- Season food during cooking to ensure consistent taste and quality.

- Support the preparation of dishes in line with Japanese cuisine techniques and restaurant

standards.
