Opportunity Description
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Bonds Secretary
- Strong knowledge of Bond Registrations and Conveyancing Processes
- Experience with the major Banks Bond Registration processes (advantageous)
- Ability to manage high volumes of Bond instructions and meet deadlines
- Experience liaising with Banks, Clients and Attorneys throughout the registration process
- Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in LexisConvey, E4, WebConvey and StorDoc
