Opportunity Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Conveyancing Secretary specialising in Bonds.
- Solid knowledge of bond registration procedures and conveyancing processes.
- Experience handling bond registrations for the major South African banks will be advantageous.
- Proficient in LexisConvey, E4, Webconvey, and Stordoc .
- Excellent organisational, communication, and administrative skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload while meeting strict deadlines.
- Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the bond registration process from instruction through to registration.
- Ensure compliance with bank requirements and processing guidelines.
