Controls engineering manager (tijuana)

Responsibilities

The position will improve processes, lead and participate in projects, recruit and supervise engineers and technicians as well as assign personnel to achieve company objectives. This person will coordinate with internal and external users of our injection molds to jointly find the best solutions to improve mold's reliability and condition of our molds.

Qualifications S. degree in an engineering discipline Ability to motivate individuals to high levels of performance and accomplishment. Knowledge of quality improvement and lean manufacturing methods. Master's degree in engineering or MBA. Experience with plastic injection tooling and molding. Knowledge of CAD, preferably Solid Works. Knowledge of injection molded plastic component design, plastics processing, and mold tool design. Knowledge of statistical process control.
