Maintenance Management

Design and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic equipment. Supervise corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment availability. Track and improve KPIs including MTTR and MTTF. Establish maintenance standards for MRO and machine shop areas. Lead the maintenance team (technicians, engineers, supervisors).

Continuous Improvement

Lead initiatives to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs. Use root cause analysis, 5 Whys, PDCA, and other problem‑solving tools.

Project Management

Define scope, budget, timeline, and resources. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Budget & Cost Control

Manage the annual maintenance budget. Optimize spending on spare parts, external services, and training. Approve purchase requisitions and track expenses.
