Controllership Manager (m/f/d) - DACH

As the **Controllership Manager (m/f/d) - DACH** at Honeywell in Offenbach, Germany, you will oversee the controllership function for a specific DACH Region (Germany & Austria & Switzerland), ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations, driving the financial close process, developing accounting policies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading and mentoring a team of controllership professionals. The Country Controller owns financial accounting & compliance for multiple legal entities across multiple countries, having end-to-end responsibility and oversight over statutory reporting.

The Controller reports into the Hub/Country Finance Leader responsible for the region and takes oversight of relationships to business finance, tax (incl. tax advisors), Treasury, etc. Other key partners of the Controllers team are internal and external auditors, Corporate Finance and Functional Management.
