Qualifications
Accounting / Finance or related degree.
Chartered Accountant, MBA is a plus
15 or more years of experience with increased responsibilities in accounting and/or financial areas
Experience leading a stand‐alone business location with full P&L and balance sheet accountabilities, commercial negotiations, Treasury and Tax
Budget and 5‐year business planning experience including revenue, cost, cash flow
Able to articulate financial and business information clearly and in English
Detailed knowledge of US GAAP and Mexican Statutory principles, regulations and best practices
Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
Able to manage projects across business functions
Proven ability to achieve results through collaboration and partnership while driving accountability through the organization.
