Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to support a civil and infrastructure construction organization in Tamarac, Florida. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a hands-on accounting leader who can oversee financial operations, strengthen reporting accuracy, and provide clear insight into project performance. The role will focus on construction accounting, cost control, purchasing oversight, and dependable financial analysis to help leadership make informed business decisions.

Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring financial records remain complete, accurate, and aligned with construction industry standards.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including review of journal entries, accruals, prepaid balances, and supporting schedules.
