Overview
Seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations across multiple dealerships. This role is responsible for accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with GAAP, and driving strong internal controls while supporting dealership leadership in achieving financial goals.

Core Responsibilities

Oversee preparation and accuracy of monthly financial statements for multiple locations

Ensure all financial reporting complies with GAAP standards

Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and deal posting

Review retail and wholesale deals for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance

Monitor deal flow between Finance & Insurance (F&I) and accounting to ensure timely processing

Lead and develop accounting staff, including Assistant Controllers, Office Managers, and clerks
