Controller

The Controller owns the day-to-day accounting operation: a clean monthly close, a healthy AP and AR cycle, the policies and procedures that govern how money moves, and the cross-functional work with center partners to resolve receivables and payables before they become disputes. You’ll do this with direct support from the CFO, and with room to grow the role as you grow with it.

This is a strong fit for someone with real Controller experience — you’ve owned a monthly close, run reconciliations, and produced financial reporting — and are ready to take full ownership of the function here. Company size matters less than the depth of what you owned. We care more about how you think and operate than the revenue number on your last role, and we want someone genuinely excited about running finance on a modern, AI-enabled stack: QuickBooks Online as the GL and Ramp for spend management.
