About the Opportunity

Our client is a private equity-backed agricultural producer operating a large network of nursery and seed‑orchard sites across Canada and the U.S., producing several hundred million units annually to support reforestation and sustainable land management. The business has grown quickly and is now mid‑way through a broader finance transformation as new permanent leadership is put in place.

This Controller role exists to bring stability and credibility to the accounting function during that transition. You'll own day‑to‑day accounting end‑to‑end — close, reconciliations, and the timely delivery of management and private equity reporting — while partnering closely with operations and the executive team to rebuild trust in the numbers.
