Controller

Description We are looking for a Controller to join a growing team in Hyannis, Massachusetts in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This position will oversee core accounting operations, payroll administration, financial reporting, and daily fiscal activities while supporting a staff of approximately 35 to 40 employees. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, sound judgment, and the ability to keep financial processes organized, accurate, and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring financial records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage payroll processing through QuickBooks, including preparing payments and resolving routine payroll questions.
• Produce and review financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents to support business decisions.
