Controller

We are seeking a skilled, hands-on Controller to join a growing, operationally focused organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and delivering accurate, timely, financial statements in support of sound business decision-making and sustainable growth.
Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Controller will lead the accounting function and oversee a team of four direct reports. This role will work closely with the broader leadership team and act as a key financial partner to operations, driving insight, accountability, and performance across the business.

What you’ll do:

Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and working capital management

Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP and parent company reporting requirements
