Opportunity Description
Respond to customer calls and emails, providing timely support and capturing detailed case notes. Monitor and manage vehicle tracking activities, including recovery support for stolen vehicles. Coordinate new installations, maintenance, and repair activities. Monitor geofence alerts and prepare geofence-related reports. Liaise with international support teams to resolve system issues. Attend to terminal power on/off events and other system-generated alerts. Troubleshoot minor system problems and application errors. Prepare non-streaming and non-polling reports. Maintain accurate documentation and report incidents through the occurrence book. Support control room operations and provide coverage when required.
