Contracts Manager

Overview

A prime residential refurbishment main contractor is looking to add an experienced Contracts Manager to their growing team. The Contracts Manager will oversee two projects valued at £2–£10 million (Prime Refurbishment/new builds) in Surrey and London. The role offers hybrid working with salary £70,000–£85,000 plus bonus, with opportunity for growth within a lean, ambitious team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, program, and manage contracts from design through to day-to-day delivery and reporting.
• Oversee two prime refurbishment/new build projects valued at £2 million and above, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost control.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to drive project progress and results.
