Contracts Manager

Kranze Technology Solution is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of government contracts. This role ensures compliance with all applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), company policies, and customer requirements. The Contract Manager serves as a key business partner to Program Management, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering to support successful program execution and risk management.

Responsibilities

+ Manage the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle, including proposal review, contract negotiation, award, administration, modification, and closeout

+ Lead contract negotiations with U.S. Government agencies and prime contractors

+ Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, agency supplements, ITAR/EAR, and other applicable regulations
