Your new company

Your new company is involved in the construction and maintenance of roads across Ireland. They are involved in the provision of specialist road maintenance services across the road network. They are now seeking to recruit a Contracts Manager in Galway. You will be responsible for ensuring the planning and delivery of site operations within their remit, ensuring works are completed as per relevant specifications, safety standards, customer requirements and in accordance with the Quality and Safety systems, along with responsibility for the financial performance of the contracts. Key Responsibilities

To program and schedule works to maximise the efficiency of allocated resources.

To co-ordinate the role as Project Supervisor as defined by the Safety, Health and Welfare Act.

To ensure preparation of relevant Construction Stage Health and Safety Plans from preliminary Health and Safety Plans provided by clients.
