Summary This position is being filled under the Direct Hire Authority for Certain Personnel of the Department of Defense using hiring authority in 5 USC 9905. Veterans Preference: Veterans preference does not apply under this Direct-Hire Authority (DHA). This position is located in Defense Information Systems Agency, Procurement Services Division Fort Meade, MD Responsibilities Procure classified and unclassified information technology services for DISA and non DISA mission partners; serving as the primary business advisor to mission partners. Collaborate with mission partners on programmatic needs, acquisition planning and preparation of complete acquisition packages within a defined schedule. Prepare and issue solicitations, evaluate proposals, perform cost/price analysis to determine fair and reasonableness.
